Administrative Assistant

We need dedicated, positive team members at the beginning of their careers to assist key personnel in the Account Service department with administrative responsibilities. Although this role will be a jack-of-all trades, he/she will be mainly responsible to:

  • Assist with client billing, accounts payable, purchase orders
  • Manage calendars and appointments
  • Assist with meeting prep and organization
  • Prep project updates and status reports
  • Proof proposals, social media content and other written documents created throughout the agency
  • Distribute Information to clients and employees
  • Serve as a conduit between internal departments
  • Complete special projects as assigned

An outgoing, engaging persona is required. If you are shy, quiet and seek to avoid the limelight, then this is not the role for you. The ideal candidate possesses the following:

  • A professional and warm demeanor, with a can-do attitude and willing to help out whenever the need arises
  • Common sense
  • An understanding of basic accounting principles and experience in billing support in an office setting
  • A desire to own assigned projects
  • Solid computer and data entry skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and keep all projects organized
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
