Responsibilities include:

• Acting as the primary point of contact and representative for our clients on a daily basis.
• Executing tactical plans and overseeing the daily implementation of marketing programs to achieve our client’s objectives.
• Crafting strategic and innovative briefs that meet the expectations set by both the agency and the client.
• Contributing to the client planning process, which includes conducting situation analysis, brand planning, and developing marketing plans.
• Collaborating closely with the creative and interactive teams to effectively communicate strategies, evaluate concepts, and create client presentations.

We’re looking for someone who has experience managing end-to-end digital projects across a variety of teams, who can anticipate client and project needs, and who possesses problem-solving skills that ensure successful project delivery.

As an Account Manager, you should be able to inspire others and demonstrate collaboration. Additionally, you should have experience with various project management methodologies, tools, and technologies.

To succeed in this role, you MUST have a thorough knowledge of the principles of advertising, marketing, and media and at least three years of experience in an agency environment, with a track record of delivering web and mobile-based products and programs. You should be familiar with various project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile, Kanban, Trello, ClickUp, Miro, and Lucidchart. You should also have experience owning the entire project process and delivering within budgets.

The anticipated salary for this role is $75,000
