Account Manager

Ready to join team wedü as an awesome Account Manager? We are a kick-butt digital marketing agency, and our Account Managers play a key role in maintaining the client/agency relationship and are the liaison between the client and wedü's internal production teams. This rockstar position ensures the client's needs and goals are being met on every project...all while focusing on keeping each project on track. Yeah - you can wear a cape. It's ok.

Successful candidates are great critical and creative thinkers who know how to pivot and score. The ideal candidate must have a strong ability to manage multiple tasks, demonstrate excellent organizational skills and be able to manage every detail. This individual must balance many responsibilities and communications in a fast-paced and demanding environment while maintaining composure and exhibiting grace under pressure without compromising performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital agency offerings including website development, creative services, digital advertising, email... blah blah blah... if you're an AM for marketing stuff - you know.

Desired Skills and Experience

Ability to manage the day-to-day client relationship for strategic account(s) to ensure customer satisfaction. Primary responsibilities include client needs assessment and recommendation of products and services and ensuring the quality of the end product.

Passion for building strong working relationships with clients based on the agency as a strategic resource and business partner.

Coordinate and manage projects (determine resources needed, create project/tech briefs, schedules, manage budgets, etc.).

Present status reports on the progress of all the project initiatives, managing the expectations of key internal stakeholders during the project lifecycle.

Ensure all projects are completed on time and to wedü excellence standards. They must hit that mega-crazy-awesome level.

Have a collaborative style working in conjunction with all internal teams, including Development, Digital, and Creative.

Team up for some post-project analysis to determine shifts for future improvements.

Assist with testing of work prior to launch for quality assurance.

Strength with numbers - this position requires client budgeting and billing on a regular basis.

Demonstrate every agency core value: take initiative, be innovative in all things, show integrity and leadership, with a constant focus on being customer-first and a strong team player.

3+ years of digital marketing experience

wedü is a digital marketing agency. We work with clients to develop and execute marketing and communication strategies. Our focus is in the digital realm including everything from web design and development, digital advertising, social channel programs, and automated marketing programs. We service a wide range of industries including traditional and online retail/e-comm, education, spirits & wine, insurance, finance, and health care.
