Since creation of the @MassSave Twitter page in 2013, we have strategically grown the audience to over 20,000 highly engaged followers. In the past year, our social media support of sponsor programs has exceeded expectations through continued optimization of our strategy based on ongoing data collection.
We use follower feedback and platform analytics to make frequent, critical adjustments to our content plan. As a result, much of the content we publish earns 8% engagement rate on Twitter, compared to a typical tweet engagement rate from 1-2%.
We continue to develop methods to help track program conversions, rebate downloads, audit request and online sales.
