You’ll be the go-to partner for multiple accounts across banking, healthcare, hospitality, retail, and more. What You’ll Do
- Be the day-to-day contact for your clients, managing projects and relationships with confidence and care.
- Translate client goals into clear strategies, deliverables, and timelines—and keep them moving.
- Collaborate with internal teams across creative, strategy, development, digital, and media to ensure work is aligned on brief and on time.
- Monitor budgets, scopes, and timelines
- Anticipate challenges before they become problems.
- Participate in client meetings, creative reviews, and presentations—adding clarity and strategic perspective.
- Support business development by providing insights, contributing to proposals, and helping shape scopes of work.
- Review and refine deliverables before they reach the client to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Mentor and support junior account team staff, sharing best practices and strengthening our client service discipline.
- Celebrate wins, learn from misses, and always look for the next opportunity to make the work stronger.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience managing client relationships in a marketing, advertising, or digital agency
- A strong understanding of brand, digital, and integrated campaign work
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- The ability to juggle multiple priorities without losing your cool (or your sense of humor)
- Comfort managing budgets and scopes
- Confidence leading conversations with clients and internal teams alike
- A proactive mindset—you take initiative, stay curious, and make things happen

The Details
This is a full time, hybrid role, requiring a minimum of 3 days per week onsite in our Manchester, NH office.
