About wedü
wedü is a strategy-first creative agency built to drive real business outcomes. We don’t separate strategy from creative, and we don’t measure success by output alone. The work has to move something.
We build belief in brands, starting with a clear understanding of the business, the audience, and what matters. From there, we shape the story and execute it in a way that lands. Everything is grounded in data and real audience behavior, but it also has to feel right.
We operate as partners, not vendors. That means thinking beyond campaigns and into how brands grow over time.
About the Role
AI is changing how our agency works…fast. Our team is curious, capable, and already finding ways to bring these tools into their work. Now we’re looking for someone to take our AI efforts to the next level.
We’re looking for an AI Innovation Lead to turn AI from a collection of tools into a core part of how wedü operates, building on the momentum that’s already here. That means creating a shared standard, identifying where AI creates real leverage, building workflows that stick, and training people at every level until consistent, confident usage is the norm across the agency.
This is not a research role or a theory role. It’s about practical impact and improving how we work every day across creative, strategy, marketing, and operations.
What You’ll Do
Drive Adoption Across the Agency
- Lead the rollout and integration of AI tools across all teams
- Act as the internal expert and go-to resource for AI usage
- Help team members embed AI into their daily workflows
Identify High-Impact Opportunities
- Audit workflows across departments to identify friction and inefficiencies
- Pinpoint where AI can improve speed, quality, or consistency
- Prioritize opportunities based on real business impact, not novelty
Build & Implement Solutions
- Develop instruction sets, workflows, and automations across core tools (e.g., content generation workflows, campaign ideation frameworks, internal knowledge assistants, reporting or QA automations)
- Work with our development team as necessary to build larger integrations for automations surrounding data reporting, data enhancement, automated advertising management, SEO processes, and other specific areas of need.
- Explore, identify, test and evaluate new platforms with a critical, practical lens
- Turn experiments into repeatable systems that the team can reliably use
Train & Enable the Team
- Build and run training programs tailored to different roles and skill levels
- Create clear, practical documentation, including guides, prompt libraries, and playbooks
- Lead workshops and provide ongoing support as the team builds confidence and fluency
Continuously Improve
- Track what’s working, what isn’t, and why
- Refine processes and scale successful implementations across the agency
- Stay current on emerging tools and bring back what’s useful to the team
What We’re Looking For
Someone who has spent real time with AI tools — not just experimenting but integrating them into how work gets done. You know what these tools can and can’t do, and you have good judgment about where they genuinely help.
Skills and Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with AI tools — Claude, ChatGPT, and others — in real workflows and API integrations, not just generative efforts
- Proven ability to translate business problems into practical workflow and AI solutions; including the additional tools we use (or future tools) – SEO, Presentation Systems, design tools, ETL systems, workflow applications, and reporting platforms. Existing tool set can be discussed in an interview as we do find much of our established tech to be proprietary in the assembly.
- Experience training or enabling non-technical teams
- Comfortable experimenting, iterating, and building without a lot of existing structure
- A strong communicator, especially when simplifying complex or unfamiliar ideas
Mindset
- Highly practical and execution-focused — you care about what actually works, not what sounds good
- You enjoy helping other people learn and adopt new ways of working
- Proactive and direct — you’ll tell us what’s working and what isn’t
- You think in systems. You’re not just solving today’s problem; you’re building something that scales
Nice to Haves
- Experience in a marketing agency or fast-paced creative services environment
- Experience building internal systems, workflows, SOPs, or knowledge bases; proving value or return on investment of automation and tools
How We Work
We move fast, but we don’t confuse speed with sloppiness. The standard here is high, for the work and for how we think about it.
This role comes with ownership from day one. That’s exciting if you want to build something. It might feel like a lot if you’re looking for a role with clear guardrails and a playbook already written.
How to Apply
We read every application, so when you apply, don’t just submit a resume and call it done.
Include a short note that covers three things: a workflow you’ve improved with AI, something you’ve built, and how you’d approach driving adoption across a team starting from the ground up. Concise is fine. Generic is not. Applications without it will NOT be reviewed.
