wedü was honored today by Mayor Ted Gatsas who proclaimed Thursday, May 12, 2011 as “wedü Day” in the City of Manchester.  The proclamation recognized Sean Owen, President and Creative Director, and his team at wedü “for outstanding achievements in their industry and their continuous dedication to the Manchester community.” The surprise proclamation came during a brief ceremony at City Hall marking the end of the Reader’s Digest “We Hear You America” Tour for which wedü orchestrated experiential and social media marketing support.  The nationwide tour visited “100 Cities in 100 Days” beginning in January 2011 and culminating on the steps of Manchester City Hall earlier today. “We are very excited and humbled to be honored by the Mayor today,” said Owen. “It is extremely rewarding when our team is recognized for their talent and hard work, and this proclamation is truly a special honor for us.”
